Contract Administration Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administration Manager to join our team in the Manchester and Lancashire areas. Our client is a successful and well-established construction company with over 90 years of experience in delivering projects across various sectors.
About Our Client:We operate under various Framework Agreements, carrying out Partnered Projects for both public and private sectors, primarily focusing on Education, NHS, Commercial, and Leisure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial queries and issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with site teams, architects, surveyors, and clients.
- Analyze progress reports, updated costs, and forecasts to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate internal/external meetings, maintaining accurate records of discussions and actions.
- Review project progress, budget resources, and forward planning on a weekly basis.
- Ensure effective Health & Safety practices are upheld.
- Manage employed labour to maximize productivity.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Relevant experience in education, commercial, and refurbishment projects valued between £500K to £5M.
- Experience managing Traditional & D&B Contracts.
- Background working for a principal contractor.
- Knowledge of contract conditions, regulations, risk management, and cost control, including forecasting, actual cost, and value reporting.
- CSCS Management Card, SMSTS, First Aid, Temp works etc.
- Excellent people management skills with ability to influence and mentor.
£60,000 - £65,000 + Package
