We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Cost Manager to work in Preston. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistency and best practice ways of working, coaching operational personnel, and managing change control processes.

This role involves working closely with the Commercial Manager to implement high standards across the business unit. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cost Forecasting and Reporting: Produce accurate project cost reports and forecasts.
  • Contract Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
  • Procurement and Contract Documentation: Prepare and manage contract documents, including procurement procedures.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Salary Package

The salary package includes a base salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
