Project Cost Analyst

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to evaluate project costs and effectively communicate the organization's competitive advantages throughout the bidding process.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends to aid in the bidding process
- Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing relevant information
- Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish precise cost estimates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- 1-3 years' of construction experience preferred
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
