Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Cost Estimator to join our team at UPS Industrial Services, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates for construction projects, identifying areas for cost savings, and communicating our competitive advantages to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects
  • Identify areas for cost savings and develop strategies to implement them
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Proven experience in cost estimation and analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Annual Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
