About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead commercial and contract management activities across complex infrastructure projects. As a Contract Management Specialist, you will work closely with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial expertise to ensure financial and commercial interests are optimised, contractual obligations are met, and associated risks are highlighted and actively managed.
  • Draft, review, and oversee commercial terms of bids, contracts, and agreements, lead negotiations, and inform stakeholders of contract terms and associated risks.
  • Manage the pre- and post-contract commercial administration of Customer Contracts, including risk management, compliance, and KPI drafting.
