Job Description

About the Role:
As a Principal Property Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for managing contracts from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all obligations under the contract are met. Your expertise will be essential in identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a generous holiday allowance and flexible working arrangements.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in the Nuclear/Civil engineering/Engineering sectors
- HNC, HND or Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management, Construction Law, or similar discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
