About the Job:

Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administration Expert to join their team in Preston. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the administration of contracts and provision of expert advice to ensure obligations under contract are met. This includes challenging and managing the scope of changes, highlighting any commercial impact, and maintaining awareness of key issues that can affect cost/time/quality.

In this role, you will work closely with the team to identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Conducting value engineering assessments to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality is also an essential part of this role. Experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in the Nuclear/Civil engineering/Engineering sectors, is required. HNC, HND or Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management, Construction Law, or similar/relevant discipline is ideal.
