Fawkes and Reece is a leading construction company seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including procurement, contract administration, and risk management.

Responsibilities:
  • Procurement of sub-contractors and preparation of sub-contractor order documentation.
  • Administration of contracts, including variation orders and payment notices.
  • Identification and mitigation of commercial risks.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in a relevant field (e.g. quantity surveying, construction management).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT & NEC Forms of Contract).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
