Construction Project Manager

Type: Full Time Permanent
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee building projects from £1 - £30 million pounds, primarily within the healthcare, data, and residential sectors.
Duties- Plan and estimate budgets and timescales for construction projects.
- Contribute to work planning and brief project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure the timely completion of projects within set timescales.
- Manage on-site teams and oversee sub-contractors.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating construction teams.
- Ability to think creatively and resolve issues efficiently.
- Good understanding of construction regulations and planning.
- Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
- SMSTS certification.
- CSCS Card.
- At least £2 million in experience as a Site Manager.
- Experience with new-build projects.
- UK project management experience.
