We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our experienced team at Building Careers UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams to ensure successful completion of projects, liaising with clients, suppliers, and project management teams, and working with the commercial team to ensure project financial targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
-------------------

* Managing project teams to ensure successful completion of projects
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and project management teams
* Working with the commercial team to ensure project financial targets are met
* Attending client meetings and regularly liaising with clients to ensure expectations are met
* Responsible for health, safety, and environmental standards being implemented and maintained
* Development and training of staff

Requirements
------------

* Previous Contracts Management experience working for Main Contractors
* Detailed knowledge of construction methods and technology
* Strong people management skills
* Strong commercial acumen
* Ability to plan and programme construction projects
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects

This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established business that has a strong order book of work secured. The role is paying up to £65,000 plus car allowance and benefits package.
