We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Highgate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take on a challenging and rewarding role, and make a real impact on the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
* Maximise revenues and grow the property register
* Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
* Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
Requirements:
* Previous Estate Agency and customer services experience
* Target driven and tenacious with demonstrable evidence of achievements
* Ability to effectively manage a team
* Display high standards of service and presentation
This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as comprehensive training, opportunities for career progression, and a fun and supportive work environment.
