Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior chefs, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork.
  • Culinary Standards: Maintain high culinary standards, adhering to company policies and SOPs.
  • Training and Development: Train kitchen porters in essential skills, ensuring they can perform their functions effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of kitchen equipment, minimizing breakage and downtime.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year's experience as a senior chef or kitchen assistant in a similar establishment
  • Qualifications: Food safety certification, Culinary degree or equivalent qualification
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
