Crew Booking Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our Crew Booking Department as an Administrative Support Specialist.
This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the crew booking team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in IT programs and Google Suite.
The estimated salary for this position is $42,500 - $52,500 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the crew booking team, maintaining attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Book accommodation and transport for staff and crew, focusing on cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and respond to crew booking email inbox.
- Complete basic Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS).
- Create, check, and correct purchase orders using Xero.
- Accomplish accreditation and produce crew lists.
- Data entry - inputting crew and job information.
- Purchase supplies for office/warehouse.
- Purchase food supplies for the canteen, collaborating with chefs and programming till.
- Answer phones, sign for parcels, monitor visitors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with IT programs and Google Suite.
