Training Materials Developer

We are seeking an experienced Training Materials Developer to join our team at Hamlin Knight. As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality training materials that support a range of courses delivered at foundation, intermediate, and advanced levels.
About the Role:
The primary focus of this role is to work with subject matter experts and trainers to develop training materials that meet the needs of members, student, and the property industry students. You will be responsible for ensuring that all training materials are current, fit for purpose, and meet the needs of industry standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise the development team to ensure they understand the organization's strategy and set targets for performance.
* Coordinate course registrations, including enquiries, booking confirmations, and payment processing.
* Organize the setup of all training courses, including delegate lists, course materials, and virtual classrooms.
* Develop and deliver training solutions that meet the needs of members, students, and the property industry students.
* Work with regulatory and awarding bodies to accredit training programs.
* Manage the development of training materials following a quality assurance process to ensure courses are current, fit for purpose, and meet industry standards.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of training program development & management across a range of methodologies.
* Comfortable with technology, including managing a Learning Management System and virtual learning environment platforms.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to provide feedback on performance.
* Capacity to manage multiple courses.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
