We are seeking an experienced Training Officer to join our team at Hamlin Knight, a leading membership body based in Warwick. As a Training Officer, you will play a key role in developing high-quality training content to support the delivery of courses at our organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and assessment materials. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and report progress to stakeholders as needed.

Our Team

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 25 days annual leave, a contributory pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
