Academy Training Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated Training Officer to join our team at Hamlin Knight in Warwick. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing training materials, coordinating courses, and ensuring high-quality content delivery.
Main Responsibilities- Training Development Team Supervision:
- Supervise the training development team to ensure they understand the organization's strategy.
- Monitor performance and set targets for the development team.
- Course Coordination:
- Coordinate the annual calendar of Academy training courses, including scheduling dates and sessions, and organizing resources and trainers.
- Manage course registrations, including enquiries, booking confirmations, and payment processing.
- Set up training courses, including delegate lists, course materials, and virtual classrooms.
- Handle course rescheduling or cancellations, communicating changes to trainers and delegates.
- Training Programmes:
- Develop and deliver training solutions that meet the needs of members, students, and the property industry.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and incorporate feedback from learners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with regulatory and awarding bodies to accredit training programs.
- Developing Course Materials:
- Ensure trainers and subject matter experts have current knowledge and skills.
- Develop and manage training materials through a quality assurance process.
- Review and update training materials annually or as required.
- Proofread and edit materials to support branding requirements.
- Ensure materials are accessible and address different learning styles.
- Apply modern instructional design principles to create engaging learning experiences.
- Supporting Relationships with Industry Suppliers and Updating Webinars:
- Liaise with events, commercial teams, and internal staff members to coordinate webinars.
- Gather intelligence and feedback from events to support new course delivery opportunities.
- Learning Management System:
- Develop and maintain a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage new material development and explore innovative delivery methods.
- Support course page loading and creation with interactive materials.
- Support Budget Management:
- Process invoices and purchase orders within budgets.
Annual Salary: £36,500.
