Carpenter / Joiner (Social Housing Specialist)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Joiner to join our team at Morgan Sindall Property Services. As a key member of our property repair team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance work to social housing properties.
About the Role
As a Carpenter / Joiner, you will be working on a variety of trade repairs and maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, patch plastering, window/door lock changes, and all aspects of joinery. You will be required to work efficiently and safely, using handheld devices to receive and complete assigned tasks. You will also be part of our on-call rota, providing a responsive service to our customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification and have excellent working health and safety knowledge. You will also need to be customer-focused, with experience of working in both occupied and void properties. A valid full or automatic UK driving licence is also required, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use.
