Job Summary

The University of London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and execution of the student recruitment marketing and conversion strategy. As a key member of the university's marketing team, you will be responsible for managing a team of marketers and overseeing the implementation of multichannel organic campaigns to drive personalized experiences and optimize student recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive student recruitment marketing strategy to attract and engage with prospective students
  • Manage a team of marketers to ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and projects
  • Oversee the implementation of CRM and email automation tools to drive personalized experiences and optimize student recruitment efforts
  • Use data to inform strategic decisions, identify trends, and measure campaign performance
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns in the national and international marketplace
  • Provide support and advice to stakeholders, and oversee regular campaign performance analysis to support strategy and delivery of student recruitment activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in student recruitment marketing and leadership
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including campaign development and execution
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
