About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Student Recruitment Officer to join our team at Victoria College of Arts and Design. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract international and European students to our partner universities in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target markets and potential students, and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our partner universities and their programs to potential students.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns, to engage potential students and promote our partner universities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to identify target markets and develop effective marketing campaigns to reach those markets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of our marketing campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize their effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with potential students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in marketing and student recruitment, with a strong understanding of effective marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving goals.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in one of the following languages is essential for success in this role: Czech, Polish, Bulgarian, Romanian, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian, Greek.
