Student Recruitment Marketing Specialist

We are seeking dedicated marketing professionals who are fluent in Romanian, Spanish, or Bulgarian to join our team at iEducation Limited. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in marketing along with a basic understanding of social media, and a passion for engaging with new individuals. A strong ability to attract prospective students is essential. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional organizational capabilities to effectively manage a pipeline of potential students. Furthermore, a commitment to achieving and surpassing company objectives is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for university programs.
  • Engage with leads through phone communication to facilitate conversions.
  • Achieve monthly recruitment targets.
  • Assist and guide students throughout the application process.
  • Fulfill weekly targets related to outreach calls and emails.
  • Implement a social media strategy as a student advisor.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • High energy levels and enthusiasm for the role.
  • Proven track record of meeting performance targets.
  • Fluency in Romanian, Spanish, or Bulgarian is mandatory.
