About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organisational support services are enabled through tendering activity, project management, fundraising, and achieving placement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic approach to business development and fundraising, identifying and delivering growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Fostering and Social Care sectors.
  • Strong business development and fundraising skills, with a proven track record of delivering growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse financial and statistical data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
