Senior Architect Job Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join a highly respected, close-knit practice renowned for delivering bespoke high-end residential projects across prime London areas, including Kensington, Chelsea, and Belgravia.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage high-end residential projects, including luxury refurbishments, extensions, and new builds, from concept to completion.
  • Act as the main client contact, overseeing relationships and expectations at all project stages.
  • Work on detailed design, technical detailing, and project delivery, ensuring that all projects meet the highest industry and client standards.
  • Mentor and manage junior architects, providing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression and flawless execution.
  • Oversee project budgets, internal staffing costs, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years post-Part 3 UK architectural experience, with a focus on high-end residential projects.
  • Proven track record of running complex refurbishments and new builds, particularly in London's prime locations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential); experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design software is highly desirable.
  • Strong design and technical skills with experience in both classical and modern architecture, including listed buildings and conservation areas.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects and maintain client relationships.
  • Thorough understanding of UK building regulations, construction detailing, and statutory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English (both written and verbal).
