Key Responsibilities

As a Council Enquiry Manager, you will handle enquiries from residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner. You will be responsible for promoting and assisting residents in using self-service channels and providing accurate information and processing payments while upholding data protection standards.

You will also manage complex cases, liaising with service providers to deliver timely solutions and act as a champion for excellent customer service. Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The estimated salary for this position is £24 per hour (Umbrella PAYE). This role requires proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre, public sector, or similar environment.
