Our team is looking for a Senior Performance Analyst to play a key role in supporting frontline staff in delivering excellent services.

About the Role:

This position will work closely with frontline staff, their managers, and senior officers to ensure that performance and data are recognized as everyone's responsibility.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality data analysis and visualizations to guide evidence-based decision-making.

You will also manage a small team focused on data quality, performance, and statutory reporting, including submissions to Ofsted and the Department for Education (DfE).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver actionable insights from data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI and Mosaic.
  • Support continuous improvement by providing recommendations on resource allocation and service planning.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements, including statutory returns to regulatory bodies.
  • Lead a small team in data quality, performance, and statutory reporting.

About You:

We are seeking a Senior Performance Analyst with a strong background in Children's Social Care.

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional data and analytical skills, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

What We Offer:

A permanent full-time position with a salary range of £48,618 - £55,710 per annum.
