We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist EHCP Coordinator to join our team at SOUTHWARK COUNCIL. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management abilities, with a proven track record of overseeing the management, review, and quality assurance of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (ECHNAs).
The successful candidate will work closely with the SEND Casework Manager, providing guidance and decision-making support to a team of EHCP Coordinators. They will be responsible for ensuring that all legislative requirements are met and that children, young people, and their families are at the heart of the process.
