Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Children's Needs Coordinator to join our team on a 3-month contract with Wokingham Borough Council. As a Children's Needs Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of EHCPs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the development and maintenance of EHCPs, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  2. Work collaboratively with families, schools, and healthcare professionals to identify suitable educational placements.
  3. Monitor and ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per month (dependent on experience)

Location: Remote
