Senior EHCP Coordinator

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior EHCP Coordinator to join our SEND service. This role involves managing the development, review, and implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (ECHNAs).
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal and external partners, particularly in health and social care, to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people.
The role requires excellent communication, organisational, and data management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in team coordination, performance management, and fostering best practices.
The salary for this position is between £44,430 and £51,663 per annum, depending on experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the development, review, and implementation of EHCPs and ECHNAs.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people.
- Provide guidance and decision-making support to a team of EHCP Coordinators.
