We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team in Sevenoaks. If you have prior experience with Construction Industry Scheme, strong proficiency in financial processes, and familiarity with Xero accounting software, we want to hear from you.

  1. Process invoices and manage supplier accounts efficiently.
  2. Perform accurate bank reconciliations to align financial records with transactions.
  3. Manage multiple supplier accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  4. Utilise the Xero accounting software package for financial tasks.
  5. Assist with other finance-related duties as required.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £575 per week, offering an attractive opportunity for those looking to grow their career in finance.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in a finance or accounts administration role.
  2. Proficiency with Xero accounting software.
  3. Strong understanding of VAT returns and bank reconciliations.
