Purchase Ledger Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Specialist to join our dedicated team in Kemsing, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn a salary of £31,500 - £37,500 per annum while working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Additionally, they will provide exceptional customer service by handling incoming inquiries and assisting with the coordination of engineer and surveyor visits.
- Purchase Ledger Management: Utilise your expertise in Sage software to streamline purchase ledger processes.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via phone calls and emails, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Booking Coordination: Coordinate bookings for engineer and surveyor visits, ensuring seamless interactions with customers.
