Regional Head of Human Capital Management

Oliver Wyman is a global leader in management consulting, with a presence in over 70 cities across 30 countries. We combine deep industry knowledge with specialized expertise in strategy, operations, risk management, and organization transformation.

Our team of over 6,500 professionals works with clients to optimize their business, improve their operations and risk profile, and accelerate their organizational performance. We are now seeking a Regional Head of Human Capital Management for the UK & Ireland region, to support a specific population on Human Capital related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and policy development
  • Manage a team that delivers proactive and business-focused HR advice and services for the UK and Ireland region
  • Work closely with local Office and Market Leaders, as well as other colleagues to deliver on the broad responsibilities of the HC team
  • Develop and implement Human Capital strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's objectives and promote a positive work culture
Requirements:
  • Proven people management experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience of Workday is highly advantageous
