Job Title: Regional Head of Human Capital Management, UK & Ireland

Oliver Wyman is a global leader in management consulting, and we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Head of Human Capital Management to join our team in the UK & Ireland. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for leading and managing our HR operations in the region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services and support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's objectives and promote a positive work culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective HR processes and practices are in place.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of HR experience within a commercially focused environment.
  • Experience working within a large multinational organization, preferably in the management consultancy, professional services, or financial services sectors.
  • Proven people management experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of Workday is highly advantageous.
