Job Title: Regional Head of Human Capital Management, UK

Oliver Wyman is a global leader in management consulting, with a presence in over 70 cities across 30 countries. We combine deep industry knowledge with specialized expertise in strategy, operations, risk management, and organization transformation.

As a Regional Head of Human Capital Management, you will play a critical role in supporting our UK and Ireland operations. You will be responsible for leading and managing our HR function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services and support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's objectives and promote a positive work culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective HR processes and practices are in place.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Human Resources / Human Capital Manager in a commercially focused environment.
  • Strong people management experience, preferably in a large multinational organization.
  • Education to degree level, ideally in a HR-related subject, and CIPD qualification.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of Workday is highly advantageous.
