Senior Sales and Service Expert

An exceptional individual is sought to join our team as a Senior Sales and Service Expert. In this key role, you will play a vital part in showcasing your passion for fragrance and gifting, delivering unique in-store experiences for customers. Working closely with the team, you will contribute to achieving sales and service goals and help create inspiring in-store events.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create inspirational in-store experiences
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and service goals
- Contribute to the creation and execution of in-store events
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising
We offer a competitive industry salary of £45,000 per annum, commission scheme eligibility, annual and family leave, product discount and staff concession allowance, mental health wellbeing initiatives, employee assistance program, and extensive training and development opportunities.
