Job Title: Clinical Lead - Psychology Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Homeless Link. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our psychology services, ensuring that we deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our psychology team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver effective care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and effectiveness of our psychology services, including the development of new programs and services.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that our psychology services are integrated with other aspects of our organization.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to our psychology team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Contribute to the development of our organization's policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with best practice and evidence-based.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral level training in Clinical or Counselling Psychology.
  • Registered as a Counselling or Clinical Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council OR UKCP-registered psychotherapist or psychotherapeutic counsellor.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of developing and implementing successful strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
