About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Site Manager to join our team at MAC Clinical Research. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical research site, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the site team to achieve business targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize site performance and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and MAC SOPs, and maintain high standards of patient care
  • Participate in patient recruitment strategy discussions to optimize local site recruitment
  • Monitor study progress and ensure financial processes are adhered to
  • Provide leadership and support to the site team, conducting annual Personal Development Plans and identifying training needs
Requirements
  • Considerable experience in clinical research, with previous line management experience
  • Clinical or research background, with a sound knowledge of ICH/GCP and MAC SOPs
  • Excellent organizational and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and influence others
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with medical professionals, sponsors, and staff
