Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trial Manager to join our team at LSTM. As a Trial Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of clinical trials, ensuring that they are conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of clinical trials, including coordination of site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and close-out visits.
  • Ensure that all trial-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth trial conduct.
  • Develop and maintain trial-related documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
  • Ensure that all trial-related data is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in clinical trial management, preferably in a fixed-term or contract research organization (CRO) setting.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
