We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at EMS Healthcare Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical research projects, coordinating with site staff, and ensuring the smooth delivery of research projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage clinical research projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate with site staff to ensure timely and accurate data collection
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols
  • Develop and maintain relationships with site staff, investigators, and other stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the research team
Requirements
  • Education to GCSE Level, grade C or above in English and Maths
  • Business and administration Level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a clinical research setting is preferred
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Basic Office Software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Courteous, with excellent communication skills and professional demeanour
  • Attention to detail, particularly following written work instructions, SOPs, and Protocols
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for participants
  • Adult Basic Life support trained
  • Hold a full and clean drivers' licence
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK
