Job Description

About the Role

MAC Clinical Research is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical research site, adhering to ICH-GCP and MAC SOPs, and optimizing profitability by leading the site team to meet and exceed business projections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the site team in the conduct of clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and MAC SOPs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize site performance, including recruitment and retention of study participants.
  • Collaborate with the clinical, recruitment, and patient liaison teams to achieve business targets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting, maintaining high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
  • Participate in the development of organizational strategy, contributing to the growth and success of MAC Clinical Research.
  • Provide leadership and support to the site team, conducting annual Personal Development Plans and identifying training and development needs.
  • Monitor study progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to financial processes and procedures, maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements

  • Considerable experience in clinical research, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous line management experience, with a strong understanding of ICH-GCP and MAC SOPs.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
