About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Site Manager to join our team at MAC Clinical Research. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical research site, adhering to ICH-GCP and MAC SOPs, and driving business growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the site team in the conduct of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and MAC SOPs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize site performance, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets, including clinical, recruitment, and patient liaison teams.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, conducting annual performance evaluations and identifying training and development needs.
  • Ensure adherence to financial processes and procedures, as defined in MAC SOPs.
  • Monitor study progress and recruitment targets, making adjustments as necessary to meet business objectives.
  • Maximize clinic utilization and ensure high standards of patient care.
Requirements
  • Considerable experience in clinical research, with a proven track record of success in site management.
  • Previous line management experience, with a strong background in clinical or research coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and MAC SOPs, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with medical professionals, sponsors, and senior management.
