Job Description

**Job Title:** Clinical Research Site Director - Temporary Position

**Company:** MAC Clinical Research

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Clinical Research Site Director on a temporary basis. This is a fixed-term contract position that will last for a period of 6 to 9 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support to the site team, conducting annual Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and identifying training and development needs.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Policies at site level.
  • Participate in patient recruitment strategy discussions to optimize local site recruitment.
  • Maximize clinic utilization and ensure financial processes are adhered to.

Requirements:

  • Considerable proven experience in clinical research.
  • Previous line management experience.
  • Clinical/Research background, e.g., Nursing/Medical/Research Coordinator.
  • Demonstrate authority and maturity in discussions with medical professionals, sponsors, staff, and senior management.
