Academic Administration Support Specialist

**Job Overview:**
The University of Oxford seeks a highly skilled individual to provide administrative and operational support within the Student Assessments section.
This role involves working with the team to plan and support the running of student assessments across the university. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to multitask and manage workloads for themselves and others.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the Student Assessments team
- Assist in planning and coordinating student assessments
- Develop and implement effective processes to improve service delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues from across the university to achieve common goals
**Requirements:**
- Demonstrable experience working in a student-focused/customer service environment
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft SharePoint and Student Systems (eVision/SITS)
- Knowledge of Higher Education and assessment processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multitask and manage workloads effectively
