Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Academic Support Specialist to join our team in the Wheatley area. As a Teaching and Learning Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students aged between 8-16, providing individualised academic support and helping them develop essential life skills.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders. A keen understanding of child-centred learning approaches is essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively to develop tailored education plans for each student.
