We are seeking a talented Junior Systems Engineer to join our team in Reading, UK. As a Junior Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of our Land, Sea and Air products and systems.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in Systems Engineering. You will work closely with our experienced engineers to design and develop innovative solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create technical specifications with acceptance criteria for subsystems
  • Decompose requirements to ensure they are partitioned and detailed for design to commence
  • Ensure candidate solutions meet regulatory requirements, including standards and legislation
  • Develop design elements to meet required performance within the overall system
  • Manage and be responsible for allocated work packages
  • Define integration, verification, validation, qualification, certification and acceptance methods and tools
