Main Responsibilities- Support the development of lessons learned processes to feedback from other projects and In-Service.
- Lead work packages through various project phases, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work closely with NPI, Chief Engineer, PM, and purchasing to establish and cascade quality requirements to external suppliers.
- Prepare and perform Customer First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) according to EN9102.
- Direct contact with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues.
- Develop and maintain systems to measure and drive performance.
- Ensure the application of APQP processes in project phases when applicable.
- Lead new process qualification during project phases.
- Perform internal and external system and product audits as required.
- Assist in preparing and managing EN/AS9100 recertification and surveillance audits.
- MS degree in Engineering or Quality.
- Strong technical background in Mechanical and Electronics.
- Quality auditor training.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Aviation, Space, and Defense (ASD) industry, medical, or automotive.
- English spoken and written.
- Flexibility to work from home.
- Flexible working hours.
