Job Title: Quality Management Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Systems Engineer to join our team at Project People. As a key member of our Health, Safety, and Quality (HSEQ) team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and ongoing management of our integrated health, safety, and quality management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage an integrated health, safety, and quality management system aligned to ISO45001:2018 and ISO9001:2015 requirements.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of Health, Safety, and Quality standards, processes, and supporting documentation.
  • Establish an effective risk-based internal audit and assurance program.
  • Support the implementation of an effective supplier audit program.
  • Develop and maintain a non-conformance process to ensure issues are managed and tracked to verifiable closure.
  • Develop and maintain a 'Management Review' activity to provide reporting and feedback to leadership.
  • Set out a Quality Maturity Model implementation plan.
  • Ensure consistent quality reporting throughout the organization and its contractors.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems.
  • Experience of developing and maintaining quality, health, safety, and environmental systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, and 19011.
  • Trained and experienced Lead Auditor.
  • Understanding of the control of sub-contractor operations.
