Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Project Engineer to join our team at Mercury Systems International. As a key member of our Quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring products are designed and manufactured based on regulations and customers' requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes
  • Lead quality audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality procedures and best practices
Requirements
  • MS degree in Engineering or Quality
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Aviation, Space and Defense industry
  • English spoken and written
  • Quality auditor training
  • LEAN, APQP, 6Sigma methodologies knowledge
