Quality Engineer Project Manager

Mercury Systems International is a leading provider of complex high-performance safety and mission-critical avionics and defense computers. We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer Project Manager to join our Quality team in Silchester, UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, working closely with customers and suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development of quality plans and procedures
  • Leading quality audits and assessments
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Developing and implementing corrective action plans
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a quality assurance role. A degree in Engineering or a related field is required, and a certification in quality management (e.g. CQI, CQE) is an asset.
