Clinical Services Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Deputy Head of Clinical Services. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care within our inpatient services at Bowmere Hospital, Chester.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Clinical Services in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness. As a dynamic and dedicated leader, you will be responsible for overseeing Quality Assurance, managing resources efficiently, and promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration among staff.

Responsibilities- Oversee Quality Assurance to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective services are delivered effectively, exceeding targets.
- Maintain an open, inclusive management style, creating a culture of excellence and collaboration among staff.
- Manage resources efficiently to deliver safe, effective patient-centered care and exceed targets.
- Lead localised place-based initiatives, integration, and strategies, representing CWP and the SMH care group.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the local health, care, and voluntary sector economy to manage and achieve improvements in Trust services.
- Evidence of considerable management experience, underpinned by in-depth study and experiential learning.
- Evidence of leadership and change management skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern service delivery and national plans for health and social care.
- Budget management skills.
- Understanding of project management methodology and approaches.
- Knowledge of clinical governance and Health Care Standards.
- Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
