Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Principal Clinical Psychologist in the Adult Acute Inpatient Service and High Dependency Rehabilitation Service. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and strategic direction to the psychology service
  • Develop and implement high-quality psychology interventions and programs
  • Lead and manage a team of psychologists and other professionals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Contribute to research and service development initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A postgraduate doctoral level qualification in clinical psychology
  • Post-doctoral training in one or more additional specialized areas of psychological practice
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team and providing consultation, training, and supervision
  • Strong leadership and management skills
