**Job Title:** Senior Nights Care Assistant - Leadership Role
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Nights Care Assistant to join our team at Crooton Ltd. As a Senior Nights Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
- Assist in creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for residents
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to individualised care and support
